Tender description

IDA Ireland is tendering for the strip out and refit of its office space in our Office in Galway business park to include the installation the mechanical pack. Works are detailed in the attached but not limited to the strip out of the existing and disposal of same. Complete the refit as per the attached drawings, order and install of all furniture. Nominated contractors will complete the second access control, CCTV and signage packs these installations are being procured separately from the Main Contract and on appointment will be required to enter into contract with the Main Contractor. The applicant should demonstrate experience of completing works of a similar nature and be able to complete works in the required time frame. All communication must only be made through the e-tenders tender box. works completion no later than 17th December 2021
