Worcester City Council is inviting quotes for The Commandery - Roof Repairs The works to include: Roof repairs / recovering, RWG's Repairs/ Renewal, Flashing Repairs to stacks and associated repairs. Please see the separate documents attached for further information • Preliminaries • Schedule of Works • Pre- construction Information • Layout Plan - 2020- 26/01 The works scheduled are subject to budget constraints. The budget for the works is £49K. Should the tenders exceed this amount then the works will be prioritised, and some work items omitted by the client to meet the 49k budget. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
