Dynamic Purchasing System — Deep Energy Demand Reduction Works

Procure Plus Ltd (PP) is a social housing regeneration consortium. PP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of social housing properties. Procure Plus is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the design, supply and installation of energy demand reductions works to individual properties across the North West. The properties to which works will be carried out will be a mixture of privately-owned properties and properties that are owned by social housing organisations. The works completed to privately owned properties will be instructed by Retrofit Works Ltd, who will act on behalf of the owner of the property. The works form part of the Homes as Energy Systems Project that is part funded by the European Development Fund (ERDF). Contractors will be required to design, supply and install (either directly or via their appointed sub-contractors) a range of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies. Lot 1: PP is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the design, supply and installation of energy demand reductions works to individual properties across the North West. The properties to which works will be carried out will be a mixture of privately-owned properties and properties that are owned by social housing organisations. Contractors appointed to the DPS will be required to design, supply and install (either directly or via their appointed sub-contractors) a range of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies that will reduce the energy demand and imported energy of each property. PP will not under any circumstance reimburse any expense incurred by applicants in preparing their submissions for the DPS.Contractors should note that the estimated value set out in this notice is an estimate only. The values may increase depending on how many contractors are admitted to the DPS during its term, and how many organisations decide to award contracts under it.
