Constructing an extension to an existing garage/ store and the change of use of same from a garage to workshops. Upgrading the existing septic tank and percolation area to a packaged waste water treatment system. Change of use for the existing building on site to an art studio and extending same to include workshop stairs, canteen and toilet facilities and all associated site works.
