Tender description
Remedial works comprising repairs, making good structures & finishes, etc. Works include but are not limited to the following: repairing leaks, making good brickwork, fixing lights & motion control sensors, crack repair, new doors and the like. Tenderers must sign the "DoES Suitability Declaration for Small Works" available at www.education.ie under School Building & Design > Procedures and Cost Plans (Design Team procedures), and if requested to do so must provide the necessary evidence of compliance stated in that document within 7 days, including evidence of annual turnover greater than 1.5 times the sum tendered, and Health & Safety competence.
