Tender description

The Council has a requirement to appoint a suitable contractor to carry out external render works for various Council Properties in Udston, Hamilton. This project was issued via PCS-Tender as a mini competition under Lots 7 and 8 of the Procurement for Housing Capital Works and Associated Works DPS. OJEU Reference; 2018/S 184-415316 Tenders were invited on a Price/Quality basis. The following weightings were used to determine the most economically advantageous tender: Quality (Technical): 10% Price (Commercial): 90% The Council set out two technical questions in relation to project delivery and fair work practices.
