This is an award notice. The Learning and Development Team in TII is committed to creating an environment which drives high performance and provides continuous learning opportunities for employees. To assist with staff development over the coming 4 years, TII was inviting tenders from suitably experienced, qualified and reputed companies to provide a range of learning and development training and support services through a combination of traditional classroom and virtual settings. Services would include but not be limited to the following areas: 1) Line management training and support; 2) E-Learning services (preparation, development and implementation); 3) Soft skills training including holding effective conversations; 4) Coaching; 5) Team development; 6) Mentoring support; 7) Facilitation support; 8) Psychometric testing/assessment tools. The mission of TII is to provide high quality transport infrastructure and services, delivering a better quality of life and supporting economic growth. TII is funded by a number of national and European bodies within a strategic context. As recipients of public funding, we are highly accountable for ensuring we are continuously delivering value to our stakeholders and customers. TII currently employs c275 employees, most of whom are based in its Parkgate Street, Dublin 8 offices. The remainder are regionally or site based.
