Tender description

NUI Galway proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of two multi-party framework agreements as follows: Lot 1: Minor Building Works for NUI Galway (main campus and off-campus locations); Lot 2: Minor Building Works for Student Residences. This tender relates to various minor building works projects throughout the NUI Galway main campus and off-campus locations listed below. The works consist of a variety of construction works, including, but not limited to the following: office refurbishment, laboratory refurbishment (both research and teaching labs), re-roofing projects, Works and/or repairs to external building fabrics, Fire safety improvement works, Demolition works, General building works, extensions and alterations to existing structures and infrastructure, works to protected structures, construction of new buildings. This tender relates to various minor building works projects at student residences. The works consist of a variety of construction works, including, but not limited to the following: office refurbishment, bedroom refurbishment, bathroom upgrades, re-roofing projects, works and/or repairs to external building fabrics, fire safety improvement works, demolition works, general building works, extensions and alterations to existing structures and infrastructure, construction of new buildings.
