Refurbishment of Goldsmiths Toilets

Crowborough Town Council manages and maintains five playground sites across Crowborough. At our Goldsmiths Recreation ground we have two full sized football pitches and a junior football pitch, a running track, outdoor gym, playground, leisure centre, boating lake, petanque and a skatepark. The site is well used by residents and the toilets are used daily. The current condition of the toilets has slowly deteriorated, and they are now in need of refurbishment. The invitation to tender is for the complete renovation of the male, female and disabled toilets including all fixtures and fittings and décor. Crowborough Town Council intends to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake this project. Crowborough Town Council, hereinafter referred to as CTC, invites tenders for the refurbishment of the existing toilets situated at Goldsmiths Recreation Ground. TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TENDERS NOT COMPLYING WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS IN ANY PARTICULAR WAY MAY BE REJECTED BY THE COUNCIL WHOSE DECISION IN THE MATTER SHALL BE FINAL. While every attempt has been made to provide all the necessary and correct information, it is the responsibility of the tenderer to satisfy themselves that during site visits, discussions and examination of all the documents, they understand and take account of the full extent and nature of the works as described.
