<p>City of York Council wishes to award a framework agreement for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.</p> <p>The Framework will be for a period of 24months/2years with an option to extend for a further period of 24months/2years. Therefore the total possible Contract duration is 48months/4 years (24 months + 12 months + 12 months).</p> <p>Details of the framework are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Location &ndash; City of York</li> <li>Project Value - &pound;4,000,000 for the contract term. Approx. &pound;1m per annum.</li> <li>Number of Trade Categories - 27</li> <li>Maximum number of Trade Categories a contractor can bid for &ndash; 10</li> <li>Maximum number of Contractors on a Trade Category &ndash; 3</li> <li>Framework Call off Procedure: Primarily Direct Award (based on highest ranking company, this will be on a ranking mechanism) and option for Further Competition if required.</li> </ul> Keywords: Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering
