Tender description
<p>The works will include stripping out and removal of redundant services, ceiling tiles and partitions. The package will also include the removal of unnecessary partitions, doors, and the formation of new openings to support the new building layout. The project is subject to a requirement to achieve a BREEAM “Very good” rating and so this will apply to this enabling package of works.
