Tender description
Erect external and internal scaffolding. Strip out internal elements and finishes to facilitate the works. Re-pointing of exterior walls, externally in part and internally with lime mortar. Injection grouting of exterior walls with lime-based grout. Installation of cavity drain membrane and new insulated wall lining systems to exterior walls internally. Reinstatement of areas stripped out on completion of main works.
