Phased construction of a single-storey pavilion building, site development works and car-parking works. Single-storey Pavilion building containing a Shared Community Space, Community Gym, WCs, Changing Rooms, Clubhouse, Stores and M & E Plant Rooms of approximately 775 sq.m. Site development works including access pathways, site services and drainage, car-parking, access gates, public lighting and site fittings. Works may be divided into the following distinct Phases: a) Pavilion Building, b) Site Development Works, c) Car-parking Works. Commencement of all or some of the Works will be subject to securing funding.
