<p>The Council is seeking your organisations input to understand the local market and understand the most efficient way in which the Council&rsquo;s requirements can be met to create a framework of suppliers across a range of trades for New Build Properties and Extensions. The Council is seeking innovative, experienced Contractors to cover the following trades &ndash; &bull; Foundations/groundworks and Drainage installation &bull; Forming of driveways and dropped kerbs &bull; Timber frame manufacture and erection &bull; Brick laying &bull; Plastering &bull; Electrical installations &bull; Gas heating installations &bull; Air source heating installations &bull; Painting and decorating &bull; Solar PV installations &bull; Manufacture and installation of windows and external doors &bull; Provision of Layher scaffolding The Council would like to develop an open and collaborative working arrangement to deliver a high standard of quality new build properties and extensions to existing residential properties across the entire Harrogate district. Contractors shall be proactive, and work together in supporting the Council to continue building residential dwellings which are intended to remain in the Council&rsquo;s housing stock as social rented properties.</p> Keywords: Electrical, Boiler, Solar PV, Construction
