Design, Development, Delivery and Operation of Extra Care Housing on Sites at Petersfield, Gosport and New Milton

Hampshire County Council (HCC) advises that the Lot 3 - Design, Development, Delivery and Operation of Extra Care Housing at Fernmount, New Milton has now been awarded to Places for People Living+ Limited. The other lots: Lot 1 (Bulmer House, Petersfield) will be the subject of a separate notice and Lot 2 (Addenbrooke, Gosport) was the subject of a separate notice (awarded). Lot 1: Lot 3 Fernmount, New Milton, Hampshire A Contract with Places For People Living+ Limited for the Development and Operation of Affordable Extra Care Housing in New Milton on the Fernmount site; comprising 50 flats, for affordable rent. After the construction is complete (estimated June 2025), the contractor will operate the Extra Care facility (as landlord) for a further 20 years The funding required from Hampshire County Council is £1,200,000. Please note that this award notice is in respect of Lot 3 only.
