The building will also contain a community kitchen and laundry room. The building has vacant possession. The contract is for the whole of the works by a main contractor. There will be a full refurbishment of the internal arrangements including the addition of a dormer to the roof area. The site backs onto other residential properties. There will be a requirement for contractor designed items including a sprinkler system, safety cameras and other specialist systems.
