Tender description

Update 22/10/2021: The council acknowledges that the responses to some clarifications have proved more complex, taking longer than we would have liked and in turn has prompted some further clarification. As a result, we have agreed to allow bidders additional time to factor in these updates and will extend the deadline for submissions to 4pm Monday 1 November. All other project deadlines should remain as planned. 'HDC202107 - Clarifications update 211022' (Update 5) has been uploaded to help address outstanding points of clarification Update 19/10/2021: Final clarification responses to questions received are now provided in an additional document uploaded as 'HDC202107 - Clarifications update 211019' (Update 4). Accompanying documentation including the CEMP requested, are also now published in the folder provided to bidders who have requested this previously; 'HDC202107 Fleet Pond' inside the folder: HDC202107- Clarification 4 Docs Update 14/10/2021: Clarification responses to questions received up to 14/10/21 provided in an additional document uploaded as 'HDC202107 - Clarifications update 211014' Please note this is update 3. An update 4 will be provided to cover outstanding queries received shortly. Update 07/10/2021: Clarification responses to questions received up to 07/10/21 provided in an additional document uploaded as 'HDC202107 - Clarifications update 211007' Update 01/10/2021: Clarification responses to questions received up to 01/10/21 provided in an additional document uploaded as 'HDC202107 - Clarifications update 211001' The Council invites quotations to widen the northern footpath of Fleet Pond reservoir; replacement of short-span low level timber and steel bridge, construction of new slipway in northern eastern of the reservoir, resurface the Fleet Pond car park and access road. Some supporting documentation is restricted to interested bidders only. Please email procurement@hart.gov.uk if you need a copy of these. The contract will be run under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract model.
