Tender description

The scheme comprises alterations and refurbishments to 2nr sheltered housing apartments in the Wrexham area. This project was procured by Read Construction through the North Wales Construction Partnership. We are looking for subcontractors to quote for the below works: 1. Decoration 2. Joinery 3. Flooring 4. Fireproofing 5. Ceramic Tiling 6. Street Furniture 7. Internal Doors 8.
