Pobl Group wishes to appoint a Contractor to carry out replacement flooring works at student accommodation located in Swansea. The Contract has been divided into the following lots: Lot 1 is divided into 2 projects Caswell and Penmaen The location of project 1 for lot 1 is: • Caswell Block, flats 7-12, floors 3, 4 and 5, Swansea University, Mumbles Road, Swansea, SA 8PP This project must be completed within the following timescales: • Works to commence on: Tuesday 14th July 2020 • To be completed by: Friday 7th August 2020 The location of the project 2 for lot 1 is: • Penmaen Block, ground floor to tenth floor, Swansea University, Mumbles Road, Swansea, SA 8PG This project must be completed within the following timescales: • Works to commence on: Monday 15th July 2020 • To be completed by: Friday 28th August 2020 Lot 2 Ty Beck The location of the project for lot 2 is: • Ty Beck, Block E ground and first floor, Sketty Road, Swansea, SA2 0NL The project must be completed within the following timescales: • Works to commence on: Monday 20th July 2020 • To be completed by: Friday 4th September 2020
