Tender description

Luton Council is working on behalf of Foxhall Homes Ltd who propose development of the existing car park at Taylor Street, Luton to provide a residential scheme comprising of 32 four bedroom town houses with associated external works and infrastructure including the reinstatement old Windmill Street. Lot 1: Luton Council is working on behalf of Foxhall Homes Ltd who proposed to develop land at Taylor Street , Luton for 32 dwellings and associated infrastructure. The procurement for development was a 2-stage process of which completion of the standard selection questionnaire (SQ) was the first stage. SQ's were issued in June 2020 and returned in August 2020. Five suppliers were shortlisted and have been invited to tender was has been issued 17th December 2020 Tenders were returned 12th March 2021.
