Refurbishment of Duncan Block at RAF Lossiemouth. Convert existing Accommodation Block currently 36 Nr Bedrooms with communal Ablutions into 30 Nr Bedrooms with En-Suites along with New Kitchen & Utility Room Areas. Works also include New Windows, New Doors, New Heating System including New Boiler, New Bedroom Furniture, White Goods, New Floor Coverings & various other works associated with carrying out a Refurbishment of this size & nature. Works to be undertaken by one Main Contractor. Individual Tender Packages will not be issued for this Project. The above Sub Contract opportunity is available under Mitie's FDIS contract with Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). Prospective Companies interested in being considered to Tender this opportunity are invited to prequalify onto Mitie's approved Supply Chain List, following which they may be invited to Tender for the above opportunity, depending upon their experience & suitability for the works. Please note that any Tender List for this opportunity will be selected from suitable applicants to this advert along with existing suppliers on Mitie's existing approved Supply Chain List.
