The works involve both internal and external alterations and refurbishment of an existing detached adult education building located in the grounds of Marian Vian Primary School, to create a new children's nursery. Additionally, the works involve the creation of a new parent/pupil vehicle drop off bay at the boundary between the school grounds and the public highway / footway. Therefore, works will be required to the public highway / footway. Read through the Instructions To Tender (ITT) documents for furhter information and instructions.
