NOTE: This notice was updated on 21 September 2021 for the following reason: The access details for the requirement within Delta Contract Reference : 624643713 Access Code : GUND7V22GQ(Stonewater are looking for 2 suppliers to support the Bathroom Installation Program in the West of England. The Top two scoring suppliers will be invited to complete bathrooms for the remainder of this years program. After Successful completion of the initial bathrooms more Bathrooms may be added to the program as well as extension provision to extend the contract further. Removal and replacement of the existing Bathrooms including associated electrical and plumbing alterations, tiling splash backs, replacing flooring and decorating Bathrooms. All works detailed in Section 3 - Schedule of Works and Section 2 - works specification.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
