Tender description

To provide a fully Guaranteed Garland (UK) Total Waterproof Solution including Skylight Replacement Works The existing flat roofs to the Blakeney, Cromer and Norwich buildings have been identified as requiring replacement roof coverings within the DfE commissioned FECDC Surveys. All roofs have failed and allow water ingress to the interiors of the buildings. The Blakeney, Cromer and Norwich Buildings are amongst the primary educational delivery buildings on the Norwich Campus. Proposed replacement flat roofing coverings to Blakeney (FE01/FEAA), Cromer (FE01/FEAU) and Norwich (FE01/FEAC) Buildings, to improve Condition B/BX/C elements as identified in FECDC survey, under the Further Education Capital Transformation Fund (FECTF) The roof restoration specification has been prepared by Garland company UK Limited - StressPly Flex Plus - Bituminous Waterproofing
