Provision of Urgent Office Fit Out Works

This is a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) Notice. It is a refreshed version of the VEAT Notice ID: AUG425853, to account for an unforeseen increase in M&E costs of 335,000 GBP during the Project Preliminaries. This has resulted in the total Contract Value increasing from 650,000 GBP to 985,000 GBP. This notice is to indicate that NHS24 intends to contract with Insite Group for the provision of urgent office fit out works. NHS24 is required to undertake urgent fit out works at its new office space within Caledonian House - Dundee. these works are required to be fully completed by early November to ensure delivery of critical NHS24 health services are not impacted over the festive and winter period. NHS24's landlord is currently undertaking Category A fit out works with its contracted provider, Insite Group, for the whole site. To ensure the office space is operational by early November, NHS24 intends to contract directly with Insite group to take control of the Cat A work for its two suites while concurrently undertaking the Category B fit out works.
