Prior Information Notice for E3RI at Trinity East

Tender description

Trinity is developing a 5.5 acre site as a new innovation campus for the university. As part of the development of this campus, Trinity is seeking to deliver world class, flagship research building for Engineering, Environment and Emerging Technologies (E3RI). The new campus will be embedded in the vibrant Grand Canal Innovation District, a vibrant urban quarter that is home to some the world’s leading companies in tech, financial and professional services, as well as Dublin’s Smart City initiative. Parties interested in participating in this preliminary market consultation should register their interest on www.etenders.gov.ie, and request a Non-Disclosure Agreement via the etenders messaging facility. Following a fully executed NDA, a brief descriptive document together with a questionnaire will then be provided. As part of this process, the Contracting Authority may hold one-to-one discussions with selected parties, as practical between the 6th September - 24th September 2021. All Parties are invited to submit responses to the questionnaire via etenders by 17:00 on Friday 24th September 2021. Further information can be obtained in the OJEU notice.
