<p>This tender relates to the remodel and upgrade of two properties into 6 self-contained flats at 4 & 5 Blackfriars Street, Hereford, HR4 9HS. The start date of the contract is intended to be 11th October 2021. There is a completion deadline which is linked to funding, therefore works must be completed by no later than 31th December 2021 and there is no option to extend the contract beyond this date.
