Please Note: These works both construction and management will take place under the JCLI Construction works contract,and maintenance contracts. To provide a comprehensive Japanese Knotweed remediation programme in The Paddock Nature Reserve Tottenham Hale, London. This is a comprehensive package and will require approximately 80 -90 tree removals, capping works and importation of soil for landscaping. Additionally, we require a management programme to both cover the Knotweed and address other invasive species as listed in this requirement. The bidder will need to be familiar with planning applications, and the required administration related to these works. Please note tree works will need to be completed outside of the UK bird nesting season. Additionally, there are specific requirements related to the soil importation works.
