<p>This is an ideal opportunity to submit expression of interest for improvements works to Scholemore Cemetery in the City of Bradford Metropolitan District. We are seeking experienced contractors with with proven track record of excellent service and delivery of groundworks. Following EOI all interested parties will be selected to tender for works which will include the following types of work.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>New accessible entrances, general construction, dry stone walling, paving, erection of fencing and gates. Installation of accessible ramp and handrails.</li> <li>Additional dry stone wall boundary treatments/improvements.</li> <li>Internal fencing, vehicular &amp; pedestrian gates.</li> <li>Drainage and alteration to existing drainage on site.</li> <li>Internal driveway widening, surfacing.</li> </ul> <p>We are expecting that work will commence Early November and anticipated duration of work would take around 6-8wk to complete. This is a one off contract but may be an option to undertake phase 2 works 2021.
