The Contractor shall be responsible for all design, procurement, installation, works indicated within the tender documentation Specification and the Contract Drawings which shall generally comprise: - o Production of all working drawings, sections, elevations, schematics, builders-work, fabrication, manufacturing drawings and wiring diagrams required for all windows and doors which require replacement. o Builders works associated with the installation of the above. o Supply and installation of loft insulation, to the areas detailed, to meet the required thermal properties. o Inspection and Testing. o Production of operation and maintenance manuals and final as installed record drawings. o Completion of a 'turnkey' installation
