Repairs to Car park podiums and Communal areas at Staple Hill, Bristol, BS16

<p>The scope of works covers the following at each location: Bromford requires structural repairs and waterproofing works undertaken to the podium decks of two underground car parks at Nelson House and Shrubbery Court in Staple Hill, Bristol. The potential supplier is required to supply the works/services in accordance with all requirements as set out in the specifications, drawings and pricing schedule and all other information included in this tender, and in accordance with all current regulations and standards pertaining to this work. Specialist works in this contract include, but are not limited to, waterproofing of podium decks, and structural concrete repairs, all to the Sika specifications included in the tender documents. Any requirement for specialist works packages is to be allowed for in the bidders&rsquo; tender price. All waterproofing works must result in the provision of a 25 year guarantee, to be supplied by the system manufacturer after completion and inspection. Bidders who are not themselves accredited and approved by the materials/system manufacturers will need to employ the services of a specialist, fully trained sub-contractor who has full current up to date accreditations and approvals from the manufacturer, and ensure that these works are undertaken in full accordance with the manufacturers specification and instructions, in order to provide such a guarantee.</p> Keywords: Structural repairs , Waterproofing works, Concrete repairs
