Refurbishment of Equine Facilities

The project entails the refurbishment of the facilities listed below in accordance with the Technical Specification Document, summarised as follows: 1) Reinstate Stable Roof - Supply and install new roof and gable end, including sliding doors at either end, to existing 12-box American stable block a. Reinstate Stable Doors - Supply and install 11 Nr. half-height Stable doors to existing boxes b. Paint - Supply and paint 11 Nr. Stable boxes American stable block c. Plumbing - Supply and install water hose and 6 taps in the American stable block plus 11 Nr. water drinkers d. Electrical - Supply and install lighting and sockets to stable and tack room 2) Reinstate Horse Walker - Supply and install new mechanism to existing 6-horse walker block structure 3) Reinstate Sand Arena - Supply and install 40m*30m sand arena including rail to existing footprint a. Install Sand Arena Lighting - Supply and install 4 Nr. Floodlights adjacent to the sand arena 4) Reinstate Gallop - Upgrade existing 2 furlong sand gallop 5) Reinstate Paddocks - Supply and install materials for 500m of Paddock fencing 6) Reinstate Lunging Arena - Upgrade existing sand lunging area 7) Reinstate Hay Shed - Supply and install new hay-shed on existing slab
