Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin wishes to conduct preliminary market consultations with interested parties in relation to a proposed Interim Pavilion Structure. Trinity would like to discuss the opportunity with various economic operators with a view to better understanding the offerings available in the market, including the commercial options (i.e. rental, purchase, etc.). Please note, this is not a call for competition. Trinity does not guarantee that a follow-up call for competition will be published. It is envisaged that preliminary market consultations will take place from w/c 23rd August 2021. Interested parties are requested to express their interest via eTenders and use the messaging facility to contact the Contracting Authority. Lot 1: Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin wishes to conduct preliminary market consultations with interested parties in relation to a proposed Interim Pavilion Structure. The Old Library building is to undergo conservation works to both conserve The Old Library and to also improve the quality of the visitor experience. The Commercial Revenue Unit (CRU) have determined that an Interim Pavilion Structure is required to generate the required revenues.
