Description: Demolition of former workshop and associated buildings including removing foundations, ground slabs, caravan, stores, all contents, rubbish and debris currently within the site boundary etc. in order to provide a clear level site as described in the tender documentation including the following: a) Disconnecting services b) Demolition c) Asbestos removal d) Installation of hoardings, all associated temporary works including access etc e) Protecting adjacent properties etc. f) Making good ground disturbed f) External works including new fencing, brickwork etc.
