Tender description

Bedroom and shower room extension works to the existing dwelling. ➢ Site clearance and site preparation including Demolition of existing fuel shed, rear yard slab, rear boundary wall, side boundary wall and diversion of existing foul water line and relocation of existing gas line. ➢ Construction of a new bedroom & shower room extension from existing Kitchen / Dining area including demolition, Structural design/installation, insulation, installation of external windows, alteration of existing blockwork, alteration of existing windows and doors, mechanical & electrical works, internal joinery, Ventilation, Decoration. ➢ External works – Painting of new extension. Installation of new fascia & soffit, gutter & downpipes. Flushing of drains, installation of new storm, surface water and foul drainage. Installation of new footpath/ yard area. Construction of new rear & side boundary walls.
