CHISLEHURST SCHOOL FOR GIRLS NEW HYGIENE SUITE & RAMP 2021

Tender description

1.1 The London Borough of Bromley ("the Council") is inviting quotations to procure a building contractor to carry out works to create a new Hygiene Suite, Ramp and associated works at Chislehurst School for Girls, Beaverwood Road, Chislehurst Road, Kent. BR7 6HE. Internal alteration and adaptation works to an existing room within the school to form a new Hygiene Suite and Annex Room and associated external works. Construction of a new access ramp to the main school hall. The works will be undertaken within the occupied School. The appointment of a successful contractor is anticipated in October 2021, with a start date of 1st November 2021 and a completion date of 14th January 2022. The works will be administered using the JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractors Design. Please read through the Instructions and Invitation To Tender document for further information.
