A435 Capacity Improvements

Tender description

<p>The objective of the scheme is to increase the capacity of the junction by widening of Hyde Lane/Southam Lane&rsquo;s southbound and westbound approaches. This will also provide future proofing for cycleways planned as part of future work in Phase 3.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Sites Ordnance Survey national grid reference is as follows:</p> <ul> <li>SO 9552 2587 - Hyde Lane / Southam Lane Junction is found north west of Cheltenham Racecourse where the A435 meets Hyde Lane.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The site is found to the north of Cheltenham town centre. The site comprises of the A435, B4075, Southam Lane, Hyde Lane and Swindon Lane.
