Tender description

Trivallis who are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the design and construction of 27 Nr dwellings, 2 of which are to be bariatric appropriate properties, together with site preparation works, external works and drainage works. The requirement will also include off site drainage and highway works. Please note that Trivallis, utilising the Government procurement policy notice 11/20 and Welsh procurement policy note 05/21, have opted to reserve the opportunity to suppliers located within the geographical location of Rhondda Cynon Taff with a view to support domestic supply chains and promote resilience and capacity within the county. Any bids received from contractors who are registered outside of Rhondda Cynon Taff will not be taken forward to evaluation.
