Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide External Redecorations at the following sites: 1) Maidstone Museum & Art Gallery, St Faith's St, Maidstone. ME14 1LH 2) The Archbishop's Stables (Carriage Museum) Mill Street, Maidstone. ME15 6YE 3) The Archbishop's Palace, Mill Street, Maidstone. ME15 6YE 4) Vinter's Park Crematorium, Bearsted Rd, Maidstone. ME14 5LG The appointed company will operate on a JCT 2016 Minor Works Building contract. N.B. sites 1-3 are listed status buildings.
