Enhancement and Refit of Tourist Office for Inishowen

The proposed works at the EXISTING TOURIST OFFICE AT RAILWAY ROAD, BUNCRANA, CO. DONEGAL includes internal alterations & renovations and construction of external access ramp and steps. Internal works will involve some demolition works and construction of new stud partitions to provide offices and new unisex disabled toilet. Internal works will also include upgrading of fire alarm system, emergency lighting, fitting of fire resistant doorsets and cavity barrier to achieve required fire rating and installation of new air conditioning and ventilation system. External works will involve removal of existing ramp, re-aligning of existing kerb line, construction of new access ramp and steps fully compliant with TGD M and areas of existing paving to be replaced with aggregate concrete . External areas shall receive all necessary utility services before both hard and soft landscaping is completed.
