Tender description
Relocation of the current cellar and current ladies' toilet area and introduce a disabled toilet to improve access, whilst improving its general decoration. Installation of two new staircases to open up access to the upstairs area for fire and safety regulations. Installation of new windows and doors. Waterproof the walls, ceilings and floors and ensure reduced ingress of water into the building.
