The works comprise the re-building of the external wall on the rear elevation of the tenement to infill the opening left in the rear wall after the demolition of the rear toilet block (the demolition work has been carried out by others) The works comprise the re-building of the rear wall of the tenement to infill the opening left at the rear wall after the extension block (old toilet block) was demolished. 32 Stafford Street is a 4-storey tenement building and the re-building work is required to be carried out to infill the opening at the original external wall line. The tenement building will remain occupied during the construction period.
