Tender description
Tai Tarian is seeking to engage contractors with a proven track record of delivering best practice on comparable contracts and are able to work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social and environmental agenda within the communities in which it operates. The cost of this contract is expected to be approximately 150000. The works involves replacement of defective mortar, taking down and rebuilding brickwork to selections or entire elevations, replacing steel columns and lintels and roof renewal. In several streets in Croeserw. All works on/in the properties will be carried out under the JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2016. Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint 1 (one) Contractor to this contract with an anticipated completion of 26 weeks.
