Tender description

The project involves the refurbishment and extension of the existing former Temlpemore Townhall which is protected structure in Templemore, together with associated plaza and external works. The extension and refurbishment development proposes the refurbishment of the existing Town Hall and its extension via a new build single storey glazed building. The existing building will be subject to demolition and reconfiguration works to accommodate the new layout. The works will also include all necessary works to facilitate the new extension.
