Put in place a value for money JCT Measured works contract to ensure SCH continues to meet and exceed the decent homes standard for all dwellings.The team propose to appoint a single supplier to provide these works. This includes but is not limited to: Kitchen and Bathrooms; and related internal works Ad hoc general building works; including major works in void properties Lot 1: Kitchen and Bathrooms; and related internal works Ad hoc general building works; including major works in void properties
