Tender description

Kent Community NHS Foundation Trust ("the Trust") is the freeholder of the site on which it wishes to invite organisations to finance and construct a new health and wellbeing centre ("the Centre"). The Centre will be approximately 2096 GIA square metres and need to meet the requirements defined by the Trust Lot 1: The Trust will lease the site to the successful bidder for it to deliver the Centre. The Trust will lease the completed building for a period of 35 years. At the end of the 35-year term the Centre will revert back to the Trust's ownership. By leasing the building to an NHS body the developer will secure a long term fixed return for the investment. [The project will also involve the delivery of connecting road infrastructure and public realm spaces.] Additional information: Duration represents the 35-year lease period and is not inclusive of the construction period.
