Based on the information set out in the Bidder Information Documentation, Essex County Council (the Authority) has sought a Contractor who is able to provide appropriate mobile plant to allow the efficient operation of its Waste Transfer Stations (WTS) & Recycling Centres for Household Waste (RCHW).
