Thurles CTC Training Kitchen Upgrade

Tender description

The scope of the works for the Training Kitchen upgrade includes the following:- a) De-commission, Isolate, remove and dispose of the redundant training kitchen equipment and fitted furniture and associated redundant services to a licenced waste recycling facility. b) Demolition of the existing partition wall between the kitchen and classroom areas of the training kitchen to facilitate the proposed new floor plan layout and upgrade works. c) Upgrade of the Mechanical Services to suit the proposed new kitchen layout d) Upgrade of the Electrical Services to suit the proposed new kitchen layout a) Attendances on the kitchen equipment specialist as required to install the new kitchen equipment. b) Associated general builders works including new underground drainage, new LPG storage compound, renewal of the flooring, new whiterock wall finishes and painting and redecoration of the entire training kitchen c) Testing & commissioning of the associated mechanical and electrical services. e) Maintenance of the new installations during the 12 months defects period.
