Triangle Housing are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake structural repair works to a general needs property located at Adair Manor, Ballymena. Proposed works include but are not limited to, removal of existing external door, windows and window sills, demolition of outer leaf of blockwork and removal of damaged structural timber studs, rebuilding of external wall to include new timber frame components, provision of new external door and the reinstallation of previously removed windows and sills, internal repair works to include removal and reinstallation of kitchen units, new plasterboard/plaster and minor electrical and mechanical works.
