Luton Borough Council is looking to engage qualified organisations to quote for the development and delivery of an organisation wide data strategy, business case with road map for implementation. A data maturity assessment along with other discovery and research work will be required to ensure that we achieve this utilising existing resource, support the reduction of complexity, improve the quality of the data estate now and into the future.
